If Alarm is not sent

Check alarm receivers

Make sure the Alarm Receiver has all the information filled in correctly and has access to the device you wish to be alerted

Check SMS credits

Double check that you have SMS credits left, you can buy these in online shopping

If the device does not update its location

Take out the batteries, leave the device for 30 minutes, then insert them and leave the device as open as possible for 15 minutes. If you can't have it outside, put it in the window

How to create a geofence/safety zone in the NorthTracker app

If the Safety Zone does not alarm

> Make sure that the safety zone is activated.

> Check that the main alarm switch is not activated (when it is active, no alarms are sent from that device).

> Check your update interval. The device will only alarm if the GPS signal is sent and it is outside the zone.

If the device does not update its operating mode

The device updates its operating mode at the next contact with the system, if you have switched from 24h to 8h, it will only switch at the next contact with the system. You can check the map and see when the last update took place
