Our ISO work and certifications

Given increased demand from larger organisations and institutions, NorthTracker decided in 2023 to introduce management systems in accordance with ISO standards 9001, quality assurance, and 14001, environmental management. These systems aim to secure the company's way of working and follow up adequate results regarding central tasks as well as to communicate more clearly to our customers and partners the high level of ambition we intend to follow and maintain regarding our internal work and environmental responsibility.

This helps to ensure that every level of the organisation has adequate training and understanding of the company's business, its internal objectives and the risks that may arise in our daily work.
With the help of document control regarding routines, processes, process management, monitoring and analysis, NorthTracker has taken the business to a new level to meet a market and legislators with higher demands on regulatory compliance in line with offers of increasingly complex solutions.

In spring 2024, we also decided to implement ISO 27001, data security, as well as NIS2, cybersecurity EU, which ensures that all levels of the company are aware of the risks covered by our work on information security, GDPR, personal data and data protection. We are now proud and happy to have a Data Protection Officer (DPO) tasked with managing non-conformities so that the organisation constantly evolves in line with society's new challenges, a work that is audited annually by an external independent party to ensure that we continue to communicate our high level of ambition and maintain our certificates.

The above certifications are intended and aimed primarily at maintaining the high standards we have set for ourselves in general and for delivering that ambition to our customers in particular, in order to remain highly trusted in the market, both as a supplier and employer.
