Så här gör du i NorthTrackers webbportal

1. Log in to the website på NorthTracker-portalen

2. Gå till menyn Driving log.

3. Välj fordon.

4. Välj datumintervall.

5. Click on the Skapa körjournal.

6. När rapporten laddats fram kan du exportera den som PDF, CSV or Excel genom att trycka på Rapport.

Så här gör du i NorthTracker-appen (om du använder mobilen eller surfplatta)

1. Open the door NorthTracker-appen.

2. Välj fordonet.

3. Gå till fliken Driving log.

4. Ställ in tidsperioden.

5. Press the button Submit.

6. Submit PDF-filen till en epostadress. 

7. Press the button Skicka rapport.

If your company has several cars in the same system, you can choose to generate a summary report of the cars' trips. You will find all reports under the 'Driving Log' tab.

Så här gör du:

1. Log in to the website på NorthTracker-portalen

2. Gå till menyn Driving log.

3. Välj fordon.

4. Välj datumintervall.

5. Click on the Skapa körjournal.

6. Ändra rapport typ till Sammanfattningsrapport.

7. Välj om du vill ha rapporten för alla enheter på kontot eller bara den valda.

8. När rapporten laddats fram kan du exportera den som PDF, CSV or Excel genom att trycka på Rapport.

If you add the car's information to NorthTracker's system, you will be able to generate reports that show your fuel consumption. You will find the report in the same place as the driving log report.

Note! In order for this function to work, you need to add the fuel price, which you can do under the 'Account' tab.

Så här gör du:

6. Ändra rapport typ till Bränsleförbrukningsrapport.

7. Välj om du vill ha rapporten för alla enheter på kontot eller bara den valda.

8. När rapporten laddats fram kan du exportera den som PDF, CSV or Excel genom att trycka på Rapport.

If you have marked the car(s) as a company car, you will receive a summary and a benefit value report with information about mileage reimbursement. 

Note! In order for this function to work, you need to add the fuel price, which you can do under the 'Account' tab.

7. Välj om du vill ha rapporten för alla enheter på kontot eller bara den valda.

8. När rapporten laddats fram kan du exportera den som PDF, CSV or Excel genom att trycka på Rapport.

NorthTrackers miljörapport är en funktion som sammanställer data från körjournalen och ger dig en översikt över hur dina resor påverkar miljön. 

OBS! För att denna funktion skall fungera behöver du registrera registreringsnummer eller fylla i Bränsleförbrukning, och lägga till Driving behaviour and Speed limit under "Enhet"

Så här gör du:

6. Ändra rapport typ till Miljörapport.

7. Välj om du vill ha rapporten för alla enheter på kontot eller bara den valda.

8. När rapporten laddats fram kan du exportera den som PDF or Excel genom att trycka på Rapport.
