Mobile networks are evolving rapidly, and as part of this development, Swedish operators have decided to gradually shut down both 2G and 3G networks. This is to make way for newer and more efficient technologies such as 4G and 5G.
If you use a GPS device that relies on 2G or 3G to communicate, it will no longer work after 2027, when the networks are expected to be completely shut down.
We recommend that you review your equipment now and plan to upgrade to a device that supports 4G or newer technology. This will avoid any disruption in functionality and ensure that your GPS services continue to work as usual.
