Register an account

> Click on "Register herer"

> Select "Business" or "Private"

> Select country

> Scan IMEI number (This can be found on the back of the device)

> Enter where you purchased the device

> Enter the name of your company (Only for those who selected company above)

> Enter first and last name

> Enter your email

> Enter your social security number (12 digits) / organisation number

> Enter your address details

> Enter your phone number

> Create a password

> Choose paper invoice or digital invoice (Private only)

> Check that your details are correct

> Read and accept the terms and conditions

 

 

Switch on and position the device

> Insert the batteries (Scout 2.0) or connect the device (Machine Connect & Easy) to an external power source. 

> Place and hide the device well (NOTE! Keep in mind that the tracker needs contact with the satellites. Tin roofs etc. can negatively affect reception)

Create a security zone/geofence

> Click on "Safety zone" in the bottom left corner

> Click on the + button 

> Select areas where the tracker will be located primarily

> Name your safety zone

> Set radius (minimum 300 m)

> Save

Optional: Add more users

> Click on the menu in the top right corner

> Click on Account

> Click on the "old man with the plus sign"

> Enter contact details and authorisation

> Save

> Click on Device on the app home page

> Click on Authorisation

> Tick the user/users box

> Save (Now all users can monitor and edit the device)

> Click on menu, select Alarm Receiver

> Tick the new user

> Save

> DONE

If the device alarms

If the GPS tracker leaves a safety zone, an alarm will be sent via email, push notification and SMS. Remember to add the correct number of alarm receivers and ensure that alarm notifications are ticked.
