Register an account

> Click on "Register herer"

> Select "Business" or "Private"

> Select country

> Scan IMEI number (This can be found on the back of the device)

> Enter where you purchased the device

> Enter the name of your company (Only for those who selected company above)

> Enter first and last name

> Enter your email

> Enter your social security number (12 digits) / organisation number

> Enter your address details

> Enter your phone number

> Create a password

> Choose paper invoice or digital invoice (Private only)

> Check that your details are correct

> Read and accept the terms and conditions

 

 

Add reg number & meter reading

> Remember to add the reg number every time you activate a new device. 

> Feel free to add the car's odometer reading.

 

Switch on and position the device

> OBD-II: Insert the OBD-II device into the car. You can often find the socket on the left under the steering wheel. 

> Machine Easy: Connect the red cable to the positive pole of the car battery and the black cable to the negative pole. 

 

Optional: Add more users

> Click on the menu in the top right corner

> Click on Account

> Click on the "old man with the plus sign"

> Enter contact details and authorisation

> Save

> Click on Device on the app home page

> Click on Authorisation

> Tick the user/users box

> Save (Now all users can monitor and edit the device)

> Click on menu, select Alarm Receiver

> Tick the new user

> Save

> DONE

 

Getting the unit up and running

Some devices need movement to be activated. Drive a distance at a minimum speed of 4 km/h to activate the GPS tracker. 

If the device alarms

If the GPS tracker loses power, an alarm will be sent via push notification, email and SMS. 

Location/purpose - recurrent visits

If you regularly travel to the same place, you can teach the system to recognize the location and thus reduce manual handling when generating the driving log report. 

How to create a recurring site

Click on Locations >> Select Unit >> Enter the address >> Edit rules >> Tick your choices. 

> Name the location (the box below the address bar)

> Save

Create your first report

To create your first driving log report, click on >> Driving Log >> Select your car >> Choose period >> Generate driving log.

> Select which trips are business and private.

> Submit

Get more reports out

If your company has several cars in the same system, you can choose to generate a summary report of the cars' trips. You will find all reports under the 'Driving Log' tab.

Real-time map

If your drivers have given their permission, you as an administrator can see all the company's vehicles on the same map in real time. This can be used, for example, to send the nearest service car to the next assignment.
