Troubleshooting for Machine Easy

Alarms that are not sent

Alarm receiver

Make sure the alarm receiver has all the information filled in correctly and has access to the device you want to be alerted

No SMS will be sent

Double check that you have SMS credits left, you can buy these in online shopping

The device does not update its location

Restart the device

Disconnect the device from the battery and leave it for 30 minutes. Then plug it back in and wait 15 minutes.

Location of the unit

Make sure the device is not under metal or carbon fibre as they weaken the signal.
Double check that the device is correctly connected to the battery, you can unplug it and let it discharge for 30 minutes then when you plug it back in it should flash two lights on the front of the device.

Other problems

The device alerts that the power is interrupted

Double-check the connection to the battery; this is often due to gaps

The unit freezes

Unplug the device and leave it unplugged overnight.
