Occasional GPS interference or being installed where it has difficulty getting good GPS reception.

The device can be in power saving mode. Possible to change the refresh rate if needed.

Om enheten inte registrerar din resa kan det bero på att den saknar GPS-signal, mobil täckning, har tappat ström eller att resan var för kort för att loggas. På båtar kan det även bero på att enheten inte vaknar om båten rör sig för långsamt. Vi kan justera känsligheten vid behov – kontakta supporten så hjälper vi dig.

If a zone is created when the device is inside the zone, the first event is not registered correctly. The device must leave and then come back to activate the alarm

When moving: every 150 seconds. Stationary: every 24 hours.

The device updates 2 times per hour when stationary and every 5 minutes when moving. This consumes more battery.

This is the time that the unit must be stationary before the journey is recorded as completed.
