This is the time that the unit must be stationary before the journey is recorded as completed.

Go to the account menu and press the permissions for the affected users and tick the devices that they should have access to and should be able to see.

If you park in a garage, the last transmission will not be sent, this will resolve itself when you drive out of the garage and the device reconnects.

• Electric car: SEK 9.50/mile
• Diesel: 9,50 kr/mil
• Petrol: 12 kr/mile

For private cars used for business purposes:

• 25 kr/mile

Other: For deductions relating to travel between home and work, you can only deduct costs exceeding SEK 11,000.

The driving record itself does not affect the benefit value, which is based on the car's equipment, fuel and new price. However, your driving record may prove that you drive more than 3,000 kilometres per year, which entitles you to a 25 % reduction in the benefit value. Read more on the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

You can use the driving licence as evidence in the event of an audit by thet to show that the car was only used for business purposes. This way, you avoid extra tax penalties for both the company and you as an employee.

Yes, you can. In the case of an audit, the burden of proof is reversed - it is up to you, the driver, to prove that you did not use the car for private purposes. With the a correct driving licence documenting the start and stop, date, purpose and contact person, you don't have to worry about tax penalties.

According to the Swedish Tax Agency's accounting rules, you must keep driving records for at least 7 years. NorthTracker's system saves your data during this time, and you can view all documentation in the app or via your computer.
