> Click on + in the top right corner
> Select areas where the tracker will be located
> Name your safety zone
> Set the radius of the safety zone (minimum 300 m)
> Save
> Clear
Make sure that the safety zone is activated.
Check that the main alarm switch is not activated (when it is active, no alarms are sent from that unit.
(Scout 2.0)Check your update interval. The unit will only alarm if the GPS signal is sent and it is outside the zone.
If you have the safe zone switched on, the device will not alarm if it leaves one zone and enters another that is linked.
(Machine Connect/Easy)If they are a larger vehicle and it is moving slowly, it may take longer for the device to wake up, contact support and we will increase the sensitivity of your device.
If you drive too slowly into the safety zone, the device may enter sleep mode too early and not recognise that you are in the zone. In this case, you will not receive any alarms because you are not leaving the zone you were never in.
