Registration

How do I register my subscription?
You register the subscription during account registration in the NorthTracker app together with the device's IMEI.
When will the first invoice arrive?
The invoice is normally sent the month after registration.
How often do the invoices arrive?
Invoices are paid annually so they come once a year.

Account administrative

How do I merge accounts?
Contact support and send a copy to the owner of the other account. Both will need to confirm the account merger.
If I sold my device, what do I do with the subscription?
Contact support and we will help you with the change of ownership.
