Subscription and registration

How do I register my subscription?

The subscription is automatically activated when you register an account and enter your device's IMEI number.

When will the annual invoice arrive?

The invoice is normally sent the month after registration.

Push Notifications, Mail and SMS

Why am I not receiving any SMS notifications?

You may run out of SMS credits you buy more here.
Double-check that you have added your number to the alert receiver and ticked that you should receive notifications from the correct device.

Can I activate push notifications?

Action. To do this, go to Alarm Receiver, press the green pencil and switch on Push Notifications. This can only be done if you create the alarm profile from existing user.
