Troubleshooting for Anti-theft

Alarms that are not sent

Alarm receiver 
Make sure the alarm receiver has all the information filled in correctly and has access to the device you want to be alerted
No SMS will be sent

Double check that you have SMS credits left, you can buy these in online shopping 

The device does not update its location

Scout units
Remove the batteries, leave the device for 30 minutes, then insert them and leave the device as open as possible for 15 minutes.
Machine Easy/Connect

Disconnect the device from the battery and leave for 30 minutes.  

Location of the unit

Make sure the device is not under metal or carbon fibre as they weaken the signal
