Troubleshooting on physical device

Restart the device

Restart the device by unplugging it and leaving it for 30 minutes.

Connecting to another car

Unplug the device and put it in another car, take it for a test drive and check how it reacts.

Poor connection to GPS

Some cars have interiors that interfere with the GPS signal. In these cases, we recommend changing the GPS unit to a Machine Easy. Examples of cars: BMW 7 Series and IX.

Troubleshooting the system

Cannot see a device on the map or in the list

Go into the account menu and check the authorisation of affected users. If a user is not authorised, the device will not be visible.

The journey goes wrong

If you park in a garage or in a place with poor GPS reception, the last transmission will not be sent. This will resolve itself when you drive out of the garage and the device regains contact.

Alarms that are not sent

Alarm receiver

Make sure the alarm receiver has all the information correctly filled in and has access to the device you wish to be alerted

No SMS will be sent

Double check that you have SMS credits left, you can buy these in online shopping
