Troubleshooting

  • Move the unit, metal and carbon fibre can interfere with the signal. 

  • Open the unit and close it with the button on the circuit board, leave it for 30 minutes and then switch it on again. When it starts, two lights should flash for a few seconds. Leave the Sedna in an open space (window or under the sky) for 15 minutes and switch it on.

  • Does this device use 2g? 
    - Yes! This device uses 2g so it will stop transmitting at the end of 2027. more info here.
  • What happens if I have no SMS credits left?
    - If you have no SMS credits left, SMS notifications will not be sent to you in case of an alarm. Add more here.
