You, as the company's account administrator, have higher authorisation to make changes than regular users have. Examples of these are:
> Add/remove users
> Assign devices to users
> Adding new devices
> See all selected cars on the map
> Edit alarm receivers
> Take out reports for all units
You, as the company's account administrator, can both add and remove users in the company account.
You click on the Account >> New User tab
To remove users
Click on the Account tab >> Click on the "trash" button on the far right of the user to be deleted
To assign devices to users, click >> Account >> Authorisation >> Assign device to any user
To add new devices, click >> Add device >> Fill in details >> Save
The map is the first thing you see when you log in. Drivers who have authorised to show their car will appear on the map in real time.
To add more alarm receivers, click on >> Alarm receivers
As an administrator, you can generate summary reports and driving logs for the drivers you have access to.
