NorthTracker is certified according to ISO 27001, which is a series of standards that cover the protection of various forms of information assets. For example, network security, incident and risk management or software security.
We are actively working on risk assessments, business continuity plans and improvements in this area to provide and further develop a safe and secure service for our customers and partners.
To achieve our goals, we organise regular training and skills development for our staff. We document incident reports and develop new working procedures to prevent incidents from happening again.
This ensures that the organisation complies with the laws, requirements, regulations and requests regarding information security, data protection and the GDPR as requested by the legislator, partners and customers.
Each year, an independent audit is conducted by a certified auditor to ensure that NorthTracker maintains the high standards that the standard, and we ourselves, set for the organisation to maintain certification and provide a safe service for satisfied customers and safe staff.
