Here’s how to do it in NorthTracker’s web portal

1. Log in to the NorthTracker portal.

2. Go to the Driving Log menu.

3. Select the vehicle.

4. Choose the date range.

5. Click Create driving log.

6. Once the report has loaded, you can export it as PDF, CSV, or Excel by clicking Report.

Here’s how to do it in the NorthTracker app (if you’re using a mobile phone or tablet)

1. Open the NorthTracker app.

2. Select the vehicle.

3. Go to the Driving Log tab.

4. Set the time period.

5. Tap Send.

6. Send the PDF file to an email address.

7. Tap Send report.

If your company has multiple vehicles in the same system, you can choose to generate a summary report covering all vehicle trips. You’ll find all reports under the “Driving Log” tab.

Here’s how:

1. Log in to the NorthTracker portal.

2. Go to the Driving Log menu.

3. Select the vehicle.

4. Choose the date range.

5. Click Create driving log.

6. Change the report type to Summary report.

7. Choose whether you want the report for all devices on the account or only the selected one.

8. Once the report has loaded, you can export it as PDF, CSV, or Excel by clicking Report.

If you add the vehicle’s information in the NorthTracker system, you will be able to generate reports showing your fuel consumption. You’ll find the report in the same place as the driving log report.

Note: For this function to work, you must add the fuel price under the “Account” tab.

Here’s how:

6. Change the report type to Fuel Consumption Report.

7. Choose whether you want the report for all devices on the account or only the selected one.

8. Once the report has loaded, you can export it as PDF, CSV, or Excel by clicking Report.

If you have marked the vehicle(s) as a company car (benefit car), you will be able to generate a summary and a Benefit Value Report including mileage compensation information.

Note: For this function to work, you must add the fuel price under the “Account” tab.

6. Change the report type to Benefit Value Report.

7. Choose whether you want the report for all devices on the account or only the selected one.

NorthTracker’s Environmental Report is a feature that compiles data from the driving log and provides an overview of how your trips impact the environment.

Note: For this function to work, you must register the vehicle’s license plate number or enter fuel consumption, and add Driving Behavior and Speed Limit under the “Device” tab.

5. Click Create driving log.

6. Change the report type to Environmental Report.

7. Choose whether you want the report for all devices on the account or only the selected one.

8. Once the report has loaded, you can export it as PDF or Excel by clicking Report.
